Unlike journals that predominantly emphasize practical or administrative aspects, MANAGIERE prioritizes the development of conceptual, philosophical, and globally relevant models rooted in Islamic values, including spiritual-ethical leadership, locally embedded institutional practices, and future-oriented transformations such as digitalization and sustainability.
